As the snow falls here in Goshen, Indiana, I sit with my cup of Tully’s Coffee working on an Indiana Web Design project.  It is beautiful when you are inside, doing what you enjoy, creating new ideas, assisting businesses with internet marketing, etc.   Many Indiana based company’s are looking to re-design their website as well as many Colorado based company’s that are looking for new website designs.  It is interesting how the Colorado Web Design industry is growing almost as fast as the Washington Web Design industry.  And don’t forget SEO.  It has become apparent to me that more and more company’s are finding out about SEO and want to make something happen.  You are starting to see the Flash designers take a back seat to the SEO guys.  Cool websites are a dime a dozen, but its now transitioning to cool and EFFECTIVE website design.  Company owners want to see quantifiable results.  They are interested in tangable numbers, effective conversion rates, long term customers from their website; not just gawkers at how cool their website is.
