The creative geniuses that get their paychecks signed by Steve Jobs have done it again.  As a creative Web Designer, I am more impressed with the individuals that can come up with great ideas, new ways of doing things, unique, individualistic… etc.  And I think that may be the main reason I fell in love with the MAC platform two years ago after I made my first mac purchase.  It’s not only that things simply just work better, it’s also the fact that the folks at Apple are not only smart but innovative.  They don’t just capitalize on other creative individuals ideas (well, at least it seems as though they don’t, at least not when you compare them to the other OS out there).  It is must be flattering and frustrating to be copied by the largest computer company out there.

For this Indiana Web Design company and for business owners alike, the new features found in OS X 10.5 are invaluable.  For example, just yesterday I was on the phone with a prospective client and they asked a question about the web design proposal.  Well, any of us who have had experience with Adobe Acrobat know that it’s not the quickest loading program there is.  Alas, one of the new features in Leopard is a quick view (which I can only imagine will show up on the next version of windows) - this quick view allows me to instantly view my 14 page proposal, locate the specific section my client had a question about, review the material with the client and resolve his inquesition.  In about the same time it would have taken for adobe to open the document, and not just the first page, the 11th page, I had addressed, educated and resolved the question at hand and was on to other matters… THANK YOU MAC!
