So all morning, instead of working on Indiana Web Design projects, I have been messing with corrupted png files - which directly translates to lost work (ergh!). Tried a few suggestions (deleting the Fireworks Preferences text file, upgrading to Fireworks CS3) - nice ideas, didnt work. So, now I am searching google to try to find a solution and not liking what I see. Sometimes Indiana Web Design is incredible fun and enjoyable and other times it’s nothing but a pain. So, I will continue my search for a solution to open the files so maybe I can continue working on the Indiana Web Design graphics.  If anyone stumbling accross this blog knows of any solutions for opening .png files that only produce a “file type unknown” error, contact us at Indiana Web Design contact.
