Indiana Web Design ran across a newer technology today while searching called AutoNet Mobile.  Heard of it?  Well, it utilizes cell phone technology to convert your vehicle into an Internet Hotspot.  My first thought was that it’s probably slow.  But not so much.  It raves, “High speed [internet] access ranges from 600Kbps-800Kbps.”  Which is pretty good for your car.  It has a modem/router in one and connects via cell phone technology.  This means that Indiana Web Design can take that long sales trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado and still maintain work stability.  It appears that Avis Car Rental company has signed on with AutoNet Mobile and has begun to offer this technology withing selected vehicles.  That would be a good client for AutoNet for sure.  Indiana Web Design is glad for AutoNet Mobile’s success and innovative invention.
