Set a world record for the best browser in HISTORY
Firefox is launching their latest web browser version 3.0 and today is the day that they are attempting to set a Guinness World Record with the most downloads in a 24hr period of time. Indiana web design supports Firefox with every ounce of effort we can. If only all browsers could be like Firefox, the world would be a better place, Indiana web design studios and web development studios world wide would be much happier places as well. It amazes our Goshen Indiana web design clients when I tell them that we spend at least 1/3 of our development time fixing and hacking the website to make it work in the god-awful web browser from Microsoft (Internet Explorer). If web users would be smart enough to realize that there are alternatives to the crap they get by default with their extremely cheap computers - but they don’t. So, we are forced to spend countless hours tweaking website development code to look halfway decent in the world of MS and long for the day when Firefox rules the internet. For all you Star Wars geeks out there, its like surviving under the rule of the Empire with its massive army and great influence, but you do have a hope - the lone Jedi Firefox against the empire Vader and the Emperor (draw your own conclusions who these two characters might be). Okay, so it’s a little overboard, but after endless hours of frustration trying to make a website render correctly in the many (all crappy) versions of MS Internet Explorer - when it functions and is rendering great in Firefox, Safari (Mac’s web browser), Opera, etc… Hatred does begin to grow inside and quickly turns into spite towards “the dark side.”
So, if you have not been educated on the amazing features from Firefox web browser - please download version 3 today and support Indiana web design studio’s fight for a better internet (only slightly joking).
